Standby Screw Machine Products Company offers superior quality grinding services through our state of art grinding machines. We are equipped with a series of centerless feed grinders that can offer close dimensional tolerances. Grinding is a metal finishing process, which is primarily employed to enhance the surface texture of hard metals.

Flat, cylindrical and angular surfaces can be ground effectively through our grinding machines.
Abrasive media are used to remove material from the surface in small amounts.
Microscopic particles of the material are abraded leaving a glossy finish to the metal.
Our tool room houses include Cincinnati #2 centerless end feed grinders, Cincinnati 220-8 centerless end feed grinders, Cincinnati 340-20 centerless grind through feed grinders and Mitsubishi PD-32 CNC center grinders.
Generally, grinding process results in elimination of high amount of heat and so treatment with suitable fluids is necessary after every process.
